Operational Onboarding:
Our comprehensive Operational Onboarding Program ensures you’ll never feel alone on your journey. From day one, you’ll have dedicated Regional Directors, Clinic Managers, and seasoned Onboarding Specialists providing structured coaching and hands-on support. Rather than overwhelming you with a full caseload from the start, we implement a carefully designed visit ramp schedule that gradually builds your responsibilities, allowing you to develop confidence and clinical excellence at the right pace. You’ll participate in ongoing roundtable discussions and training workshops throughout your first year, creating continuous learning opportunities that support your professional growth. Early career clinicians receive accelerated access to our Skill Development mentorship program, responding directly to feedback from new graduates who want earlier guidance and support. Clinician Mentoring Program – Skill Development:
Eligible clinicians will advance to CMP – Skill Development, which focuses on clinician skill development. This program is designed to create a challenging, interactive, and highly educational environment. The Skill Development includes two tracks: PT/PTA and Hand Therapy. The PT/PTA program is for PT and PTA clinicians with less than two years of experience. The Hand Therapy program is further specialized into New Hand Therapists (for hand therapists with less than three years of experience) and Experienced Hand Therapists (for hand therapists with more than three years of experience). Clinicians are paired with a trained Skill Development Mentor. The program is a combination of online eLearning and live clinical mentoring sessions. The format is a guided mentorship with opportunities to personalize the experience to meet the needs and interests of the mentee.
